I am planning to order 3 new Vision tanks model 422, but I am having trouble finding a florescent light fixture (UVB) to fit in the middle slot of the tank which is not too tall? I plan to stack them so it can't stick up too far. Does anyone use these tanks, stack them, and have a recommendation for lighting fixtures that work?

for my vision cages I use the under cabinet fixtures they sell at walmart or home depot for the slot you're talking about. theyre slim enough to be able to stack the cages still and are fairly cheap :)

Check out some of the Zilla fixtures they don't have a dome and are about 2" tall

these are the ones I use. the zilla ones are good to and those new LED uvb fixtures are super thin too but pricey

I found this one; http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Product/p ... atid=26938 and this one; http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/p ... atid=26939 They will fit, the only difference between them is one is a 25 UVB Fluorescent Bulb, 15Watt, and the other is a 50 UVB Fluorescent Bulb, 15 watt. Not sure which would be a better choice?
