Different behaviors with different lights
Even though my bluey is most likely in burmation i've noticed that he behaves differently when i used different lights, when i use an infrared bulb his very active and basks, when i use a incandescent bulb he likes to hide. This asks more questions than what it answers, i was wondering whether you guys have noticed any change in behavior due to lighting?

Brumation
I havnt noticed a great deal of diff using incandesents or red bulbs, even using a ceramic heat bulb, unless it gives off alot different heat,if its very warm, they wont bask as much than with cooler heat bulbs as they can hold there preffered body temps with less need to bask

Re: Different behaviors with different lights
My lizards seem to hate mercury vapor lights. They usually avoid basking under them. They give off a strange colored glow compared to standard heat lamps. They also cause my Baja Blue Rock Lizards to turn to a solid brown color and yet when I switch to normal heat lamps, the colors go back to grey and blue.
