Another subspecies for me...

Postby Ophidiophile » Wed May 21, 2014 9:33 am

Well having both evanescens and keyensis and thinking I was good on gigas subspecies, I got offered a great deal on a classic yellow Indonesian. Always loved the yellows, so I grabbed this one and I guess I'm now working with T. gigas gigas (hope I can find this one - looks girly to me - a mate!) I just opened the box at work about an hour ago and snapped a quick couple of photos with my lousy cell phone camera on my garish office carpet...

Thanks everyone.

She is huffy and skittish but not at all aggressive. I did take some other pics of her when I got home but now she's in quarantine and I'm going to let her settle in and acclimate for a while before messing with her any more.
