I would love some input on what sex Astro might be. I've seen no evidence of hemipenes or sperm plugs when evacuating bowels, and there seems to be no bulging at the tail base like Ninja has - although Gizmo's tail doesn't bulge at the tail end of the cloaca. Behaviour wise, Astro doesn't really mind people watching his/her enclosure and is more likely to climb onto your hand when the enclosure door is slid open. Ninja often darts off if anyone else but me is nearby, same for Gizmo although he's always been a little secretive.
Ninja has a slight boof head, while Gizmo's got a big boof head - but their sexes aren't in question as I'm fairly certain they're male. Astro on the other hand, is confusing me. Astro seems to have a female vibe to me (hence why I've been calling him/her 'her'), although I'm certainly not experienced with determining gender without physical evidence. Any guesses would be welcomed!
In advance, I am aware of the indent after his/her hips on Astro's tail and it is being brought to the attention of a vet this coming Tuesday.
