hello - just joined

Hi everyone, got my BTS about 3 weeks ago, and have been lurking on the board, finding tons of useful info, thanks everyone! And at last decided to join (sooo not a joiner lol) the board and put up a couple of pics of Jim.

I'm still working on taming - he's about 18 months old, and used to being handled apparently, but is aggressive still with me. One bite, which didn't really hurt, and I must have started him by stroking his back before he was fully awake. Working with the hand/spoon feeding of yummy snails so far.

I'm sure I'll have lots of questions, but for now, thanks to all for sharing all their experiences and knowledge :)

Welcome to bts.net,nice looking bluey,some blueys dont like to be stroked,can make them skittish or startle them

Welcome!!! I'm pretty new here too and just love love the folks here, great place for blueys lovers! And your bluey is beautiful! I'm going through the same thing with taming my new male meruake, he's still not too fond of me. But we're working on it ;D
