Wouldn't jump to the conclusion that he's a he, but definitely a hefty skink worth acquiring.

I'm going out on a limb and saying this skink might be a female.

Yeah I have no idea on gender, I was going to look into having it sexed. Happy to hear everyone's approval!

Another thing though, I don't know much about the types of BTS, is 'he' a northern? or something else?

Oh I just needed to do some research, I remembered passing over something about BTS not being able to be probed( or something along those lines), so I wanted to look into that more because if it was as easy as getting it probed I would want to do that haha
However the gender really doesn't matter to me :P

Probing is proven to be inconclusive with BTS. :) Good luck with your new dude if/when you get him! Posts pictures when you do get him.

Sigh. The guy said he'd hold him for me til tomorrow and I just texted him to set up a time to meet and he said "Sorry just sold him ten minutes ago."

Yeah that's what I'm doing, just seems like they don't exist in Colorado haha. Prolly will just wait til the babies start popping out but til then I have a complete empty setup I walk by every morning xP

Ophidiophile in this forum is in Colorado. Not sure what he's breeding this year, but he has a ton of cool skinks!

Hoping to have Northerns this year but I thought that last year and even after 2 good locks, got a pile of slugs. :( So I'm not counting my skinks before they appear.
