ID and Sex my BTS?

Hello everyone! I'm new to posting in the forums but I have been lurking around for while so this is my first time posting!
I acquired my Skink on October 12 at a show. I was told that it was born late September, the seller forgot the specific date.. But I had to buy it because it was so cute! Since then, my Skink lived a spoiled life, I couldn't stop being so attentive towards it! It is now around 15-16 inches, which I hope is a normal size for its age.. Although I want a giant Skink haha. I wished it had better coloration though.. But I still love my baby!
If you guys can help tell me its gender then I'd really appreciate it! I know that it is not 100% accurate until I introduce it to another Skink but I'd like to know some of your opinions. But from point of view, I believe that it is a male since I think what I have been seeing are his sperm plugs. But I'm not sure.. haha. And if you guys can also tell me what species of Skink it is then I'll hand out virtual cookies.. Deal?
