Darwin is here! Updated Pics

I picked up another wonderful Northern from James and she arrived yesterday afternoon. This one is a 2012 animal, and was originally a holdback of his. He was hoping for a male and after some growing out decided that Darwin was probably a girl, so she went up for sale. I am so excited to have her. Ive been drooling over pictures of this skink since last year, so its amazing to finally have her. I took these three pictures last night and i havent disturbed her since. With any luck ill get some more pics of her tomorrow. :thumbs:

Although I prefer the lighter colored northerns, James just can't seem to pop out a skink that I don't like!

I usually prefer lighter northerns, but after buying quite a few of them, i realized that i should buy some darker ones for variety. I cant even put into words how pleased i am with this skink

I like the contrast a lot on this skink.. I prefer light Meraukes, but Northern, I like seeing them with a lot of yellow and a lot of black to contrast, and this skink is every bit of it! :D

I've loved Darwin since I first laid eyes on them! Definitely a stunning representation of the true NT northerns near Darwin, so a perfect name. You are very lucky! Congratulations!
