I just rescued an adult BTS on CL!

I was about to buy a baby, but then got an offer I could not refuse. A seller told me if I met them in L.A. ( a hideous place and a horrible drive) they would give me the skink they had tried to sell me but I had declined as they lived so far away.
So I have my first ( since childhood) BTS, and don't know a thing about him or her. All they could tell me is they have had her a few years, she was very small when they got her, so I am hoping CB and she loves vegetables, and doesn't get fed meat aside from ground beef cooked once a month.
I have emailed them now that the skink and I are back safely in our little village of Newbury Park, asking him to make me a list of what he/she eats and how well chopped, and how often, etc....
I just offered her some of my homemade dog-food( ground turkey, green beans, rice that i put into the food processor) and also some romaine, which is all the greens I have until tonight, but she didn't seem interested, and of course it's too early to ask her to eat, she hasn't even been here an hour!
Any help would be AWESOME. If you can walk me thru how to post pics I will take some if anyone thinks they might like to see her/him.
thanks!

Meat once a month? Some people feed meat to iguanas more often that that!

ok! let me amend that! they said they feed every other day a bowl of ground beef or turkey and a separate bowl into which they always mix banana with one or more of the approved greens.
