how big must he be for pinkies?

how big must he be for pinkies?

I like to vary my skinks diet and I was wondering how many inches should he be to feed him a thawed pinky? He is about 12.25 inches right now. I know the pinky is just a treat. How is one pinky twice a month?

If the space between his eyes is the size of a pinky, then he should be big enough. Twice a month might be a little too frequent, I would do once a month.

Maybe try a fuzzy. They are just a tad bit more bigger, and less fatty with bones more developed than a pinkie.

pinkie mice actually have the least amount of fat of all mice life stages.

Yes, mice and most rodents carry their fat along their intestines instead of their outer layers. So as they get older and stay fed the more fat.
