You mean Hohe :-) Don't need to do anything, this sort of damage can be associated with attempting to pull shed off that appears to stuck, blueys rubbing on something, being bitten by other blueys or in some cases by "scale rot" that can form under shedding skin. If there is just and exposed scute (boney plate) then just leave it and it will "skin over" quickly. If the underlying scale appears mushy then it will need treatment.

If the osteoderm is exposed it will be highly sensitive because of the rich vascularisation and being surrounded by bundles of nerve fibres. Resist touching it in any way and as Scott has said, anything looking mushy or wet should be seen immediately by a vet, but it's likely it will heal nicely if left well alone.

No. By wet, we mean the scale itself seeming to be oozing serum or blood etc.
if it is a dry scale, it's advisable to keep it dry to help prevent risk of infection.

Yeah it is dry. Im glad it is. What should I do to make it heal faster or make infection less likely? :(

You are best to do nothing and let it heal on it's own. You could remove any items in the enclosure that Bloo may rub against, until it's healed up. This will help stop any accidental damage.

Yes, that's what I meant. The substrate will be fine, as long as the wounded scale is dry.

There something with the North Maluku locale that makes them prone for their head-scales to keep falling off..

Act like it never happened.. well.. besides taking out everything other than a hide or two, and a water-bowl. I wouldn't starting putting anything on it until either: starting to dry out really bad.. or: starts getting moist.

No, do nothing different. If he's eating well, great, you don't need to change his diet.

Betadine is wet. So no, don't use betadine, just leave it alone.

Do not get too stressed over this. It happens on occasion. Keep it clean, and dry. It will look like new in the next shed or two.

No, just keep it dry for the next couple days. After that, just treat him like normal.
