Dozer getting some sun

Took one of my possible keepers out for some sun. I just love the colors on him/her. I really need another male for breeding so I really want to keep a male rather than female. If this is a male I think he would pair so well with Ember 
I so wish there was an easier way to figure this out 
It is so hard to even get pics of this one, as he/she is always moving. I think the outdoors was intimidating so the poor thing was afraid to move.
