Welcome to the site! :D

Here are some links to things to read. There are lots of better diet options than raisins, I'd skip those. Have a read through of the links and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

That's cool! I have never seen a skunk with a blue tongue! Just kidding. Welcome to the forum. How long have you had your skink, and how old is it? It is pretty normal to not eat much for awhile after they first come home. They don't need to eat too much to stay healthy either.

As Jeff said, that is pretty normal. I think my BTS didn't eat anything for a month to 6 weeks after I brought him home. Also, your guy is probably drinking water when you aren't around. Do you leave food in the enclosure when you aren't there? Also, what are you offering besides rasins?

Just like everyone has been saying, I've read a lot that they won't eat for a few days when they first come home.
I know my guy LOVES bearded dragon treats, so if you're really concerned about him not eating, try those (:?

Two days isn't very long at all! Don't worry about not eating and give him/her a week or longer to settle in. :D Good luck, I'd love to see pics.

And one more thing before I post the pictures. I read that baby skunks are very skittish and energetic. Mine moves only sometimes and can be held without being annoyed ALL day

Check your temperatures - do you have a temperature gun so you can accurately tell the hot and cool end temps? What are they?

No I have a heat lamp over a heat rock. And the cool side is probably 78 because that's the temp of my house lol :)

It sounds like he is too cold, which is why he isn't active. And if you have no idea what temperature the hot end it, you really need to get a temperature gun to check it. Just having a heat lamp isn't enough - you need to be sure that the temperatures are appropriate. The surface of the basking rock should be around 95-100F. 78 on the cool side is fine, but the heat lamp could be raising that - again, you need to know not just guess!
