Hello All !

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I live in Connecticut, USA. I am really stoked to be a part of the community surrounding these fascinating animals.

I will hopefully be receiving my BTS baby towards the end of the summer as I have been placed on a waiting list with Jeff from BTSKINKS.COM. His communication is excellent and extremely professional, and I look forward to dealing with him during this process.

My past experience with reptiles has made me excited for the prospects of raising such an intelligent and interesting creature. I have owned and cared for ball pythons, leopard geckos, rat snakes, brown snakes, and the occasional rescued snapping turtle or whatever else may fall into my lap that may need help [once, it even included a baby owl ]

So that's about it. I just wanted to say Hi and give everyone a little background. As I stated, I am somewhat of an amateur herpatologist, but since I have never owned a BTS before, I may be asking questions that have already been answered. I have been researching BTS's for around a year and this site has been instrumental in my learning. But this site has a lot of info and I can't read everything, so if I happen to ask a question that someone has already asked, just bear with me and point me to the right place. I promise it won't happen twice.

You couldn't have chosen a better breeder, you'll be very happy with your baby.

I've named mine for all sorts of things - lately it has been places because it is easy for Bermuda, Phoenix, Nevada etc to be unisex.

i have to many so name mine big old lass,lil fatty,ect ect,though if i aquire already named ones those names stick and i may name others off that,eg a centralian named rocky got a cage mate whom i named bulwinkle,lol

Yeah I am seriously stoked about this animal. haha. When I held one for the first time, I felt like Dr Grant from Jurassic Park .....it felt like a tiny dinosaur!
