For anyone who has wondered what scales that are still on from a shed and those that have been shed, here is a great example. Danny started shedding today and he had a lovely helmet LOL. He was annoyed I interrupted him lazing about with picture, but was a pretty good sport after a bit :D

How long should a shed normally last before they'd need assistance? And would skin leftover from a previous bad shed typically peel off as well?
