BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Okay, so when I hold my skinks they poop and pee. (I'm used to it, since they are new) This morning when I was holding Xaunder, he just peed, but it came out the milky substance. Unlike, anything I have noticed before.. it wasn't "gooey", like you see picture of, really liquidy and milky. Could it be sperm? or just ususal color of pee, that I have never noticed. No hemipenes came out (that I know of)

id say just pee with liquidy urates,sounds similar to what a couple of my stumpies do,chronic pee,ers when handled,mostly its clear but sometimes they follow woth milkyness,worst 2 at it are females

Man! I was hoping that was a sperm plug.

Since we're on the subject poop is brown with a small white portion from what I've observed. Does the sperm plug come with urination or a bowel movement? Or either?

They can come just about anytime. Sometimes all by themselves. They are not just milky liquid though. More like a gooey thing you could pick up and dangle if you were so inclined. Don't do that though. That would be gross.

I just wish they will prove themselves! I see them poop everytime I get them out.. but nothing..

If he is wanting to breed, it seems that the vast majority of nice Meraukes are males for some reason. It's somewhat difficult to find a pretty Merauke lady, so I was mostly joking but if you have 2 unsexed Meraukes I'd definitely be hoping NOT to see sperm plugs.

Haha, thanks.. I'm guessing/hoping I have a female, she is built smaller as in head/throat/ect. BUT as I know, it is almost impossible, ha.

Head size has nothing to do with sex. My female merauke has the largest or second largest head of my 7.
