Help..?
So, my friend had gotten her bluey 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Well, he was given medicine for the first week and since then she has let him 'adjust' for about 10 days. Well, he only stays buried in his bedding(carefresh). He doesn't eat more than a bite of anything, doesn't come out to bask, huffs anytime you touch him, doesn't like to go into his water, doesn't drink much water, even though he has fresh water at all times, his temps are right, humidity is pretty good, and he even bit my friends face which left a mark. What are we doing wrong? He gets a variety of foods, the only reason we've touched him was because we were trying to find him to make sure he was okay, and he always has fresh water...help???

Re: Help..?
You've only had him two weeks - relax! I'm assuming from the sounds of it you have a WC gigas type BTS, maybe adult??
Read through this, there is some good tips in here for new owners: viewforum.php?f=24
If you did get a WC adult BTS it will likely take a lot longer than 2 weeks to settle, so be very patient. Good luck!

Re: Help..?
It's still cold in Ohio, isn't it? It could be he's on the tail end of brumating and not ready for the world. How old is he? Do a search for brumation, there are plenty of links.
