Odd Bluey Behavior

So i've had my new bts for about 2 weeks.
Shes 8inches snout to vent, 14inches in total. She weighs 147 grams. Shes been IDed as an Iran Jaya.
I purchased her from DTS Herps on Kingsnake.com. The ad said she was captive hatched but hes only had the animal for about 3 weeks so theres no gaurantee on that. Shes currently living in a 75 gallon tank with aspen shavings for bedding. She has 3 hides, a basking rock, a heatting pad under one hide and a heat lamp. She has a day and night lamp sense it gets really cold at night due to her cage being right by a window. All of my temps are within normal range according to the care info on this site.
I've been keeping handling minimal sense shes still in the adjustment piriod.
Now onto her weird behavior. My adult Meruake wakes up within one to two hours of me turning on lights in the morning (around 9am)
Nebbers dosen't wanna wake up until 5pm. If I try and wake her up before that she'll just crawl back into her hide and lay on her heat mat. I put her food in around noon like I do for my other aniamls and that dosen't bring her out of hiding either.
Shes been eatting normal which leads me to my next issue.
She hasn't had a solid stool sense her arrival here. Shes been being fed a mix of Collard greens, dandelion greens, green beans,carrots, peas and some crested gecko MRP as a treat.
I thought the stool might be runny because of the CGD so I choose not to feed it again and the runs continued. I thought maybe it was my diet all together so I got some Kale this time around and mixed in some squash and shes still having problems.
I scheduled a vet appointment for next week but is there any advice in the meantime you folks could give me?
I'm afraid it's a parasite. I've given her two water dishes so she dosen't get dehydrated but is there anything else in the meantime I can do?

Nothing about that sounds all that odd - your new little one is still adjusting to the new environment so hasn't figured out the schedule or if it is safe yet. Getting up at 5 pm is fine, he/she probably wants to spend most of the time hidden and safe.

Runny poop is likely new diet or parasites. Nothing to worry about as long as he/she is eating / drinking and you have a vet appt. scheduled. You can very likely collect a fresh fecal sample and bring it to the vet ahead of time to check for parasites so that next week at the appointment they can be ready to prescibe dewormer if needed. Are you feeding any meat / protein? You only list greens and veggies which is why I ask.

If there is a heat mat in the enclosure, does it have a dimmer or some way to prevent it from overheating?

Yes, shes getting protien. She gets some wet cat food (all organic of course). I mix it into her food every other feeding.
I also forgot to mention she gets calcium with d3 2x a week.

Owning a blue this young is a new experinace for me so all of this behavior sounds odd.
My other skink was a very active adult when I got him. He settled in rather quick compaired to the new girl so I just wanted to double check that i'm doing everything correctly.

It has lots of good info. A subadult should be getting at least 50% protein when they are growing. The food chart there has lots of good ideas to mix it up a bit.

Hmmm according to that food chart i've probly been giving too much cat food.
I've been using cat food as my main scorce of protien (i've done so without issue for my other skink). Maybe it's too hard on her little belly?
I'll probly switch to dog food and dubias and see how that works out.

Cat food isn't bad - it is just high in protein and has added taurine. Dog food is a better match for a blueys diet. No one is sure what the effects of the added taurine are on blueys but they don't need it so we generally recommend dog food to be safe.

Dubias and dog food are great protein staples, if you have dubias they are wonderful feeders.

Sounds normal, i second the dubias and other diet suggestions. Also, I would bet parasites if there is still no solid stool yet. Easy to fix usually, and normally not terribly expensive either.
