Pearl Northern or Classic?

I noticed she had a very light color to her, just wondering.

I'm not big on Northerns, this is my friend's skink.

I have never heard of a pearl Northern, but I have only had bts about 2 years? I have heard of Caramel Northerns, and this looks like one to me. Pretty skink whatever it is!

Both of my IJ's have color differences, along with many other reptiles. I wouldn't call it anything special but then again I don't know a whole lot about bts'.

Pearl is the name of king Zach's Northern Female isn't she?

I thought when he was referring to "Pearl", he was talking about a color-phase, such as Caramel, Sunset Orange, ect.

To be VERY clear, Peach and Pearl are Zach's female northerns. They are completely normal northerns, and not any special color or morph. They may have been named because there colors reminded Zach of those colors, but they are both absolutely normal variances of the classic northern colors.

One year Zach had the babies labelled as Pearl northerns and Peach northerns. It was only to signify which mother the baby it was from. But people, crazy about morphs, took it to mean it was a special trait. It's been a while since anyone's brought it up here though, kindof hoped people had realized the mistake. To be clear, both Pearl and Peach are classic northerns. As to if it's actually a Pearl baby (from mama Pearl) you'd need to ask Zach.
