This is really hard to answer - it depends completely on age, species, diet, individual genetics, husbandry, health... And they grow fastest in the first few months and then slow down as they reach adult size. I don't think you'll get a better answer than that - it really depends, there is no average.

Theres no definate answer
Even when all kept with same conditions and access to food some grow alot faster than others,if they are adult size by a year of age thats groing super fast,generally woth no brumation period and ideal conditions right through
