BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

My skink has gone a week without one poop, Noam though has not been eating as much either
Any explanations and ideas how to help him

Temp in basking area is 92
Has been treated for hookworm

My skinks eat weekly and so they often go a week or more without pooping.

Unless you have any reason to believe that there might be impaction, I'd just wait and let it poop when it's ready. Could he have eaten substrate or anything that would cause blockage? You can try giving him a lukewarm bath to see if that helps. Feeding egg will also lead to poop in many BTS.

If he isn't eating and isn't pooping or you see him straining to poop but he can't seem to, then you will want to take him to a vet to treat impaction. If he is still eating and you have no reason to believe he could be impacted then try the bath and give it a little while longer.
