Wake up time! At last!
I'm turning on lamps and moving my guys into their regular enclosures this evening. I'm crazy excited; I've missed them terribly these last few months! I know Rocket's going to be active, yet a little huffy. He's been moving around and sitting on top of his hide the last few days in his brum-box so I know he's going to be happy to come out and probably eat as well. Sleepy Stella, my female, will just have to get the gentle wake up when she feels like coming out. If she's still not active in a week I'll bump her temps up even more. My house is still a little chilly atm so night heat with UTH might be needed for these guys for the next month or so.

It is fun to get them back out. At first you think it's nice to get a break from feeding schedules but after a month you start getting impatient. The only negative is the heating and electric bills starts getting crazy again.

They were ready for waking up, they have been basking for hours at a time. Rustling around and such, scheming ways to get out of their enclosures, etc. Rocket took meal worms from tongs today, Stella did not. I'm going to try pairing this weekend. Might be too early, but we shall see.

Re: Wake up time! At last!
Coomassie has shown no signs of waking up yet. I don't cool him so he wakes up when he wakes up. I can't force it. If I go in his tank he huffs at me from under the substrate. Another couple of weeks and he should be back. In the mean time, he is the background on my computer....
