Hi!
I'm Bear, I live in Missouri and have recently come into taking in a rather mean indo bluey. I've never had one before but this one was dropped off by an old school mate for sitting and I never saw him again. I've seen blueys at animal shows and they were generally calm and curious. I don't know the history of this skink, only that it has no socialization and loves to bite me. To be honest I am interested in possibly finding him a new home with someone who breeds or keeps them for projects as he is a very handsome creature, just not handling friendly. I don't really have the needed experience to solve the problem, but have been trying socialization techniques for two months with no progress. I'm quite lost, anyone have ideas?

How long have you had him? What have you tried so far? Good luck, there are lots of ways to tame blueys and gain their trust if you are patient and gentle.
