Apparently this was on a local tv show here in Arizona yesterday Jan. 31. It is quite a coincidence that I stumbled across in while googling something, because I have never seen this show in my life. It's not very informative, but they do point out that it is possible to keep blueys as pets, so I guess most of the information given was fairly accurate. Just had to mention it, because I don't see blueys on tv too much. Of course I really don't watch tv too much, so they may be on all day every day for all I know.

Please don't judge the rest of us by the people in the video.

Just put your skink in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and you will get the same behavior. I was happy to see that they didn't give out a ton of mis-information, like many do. I was just saying, they really didn't give out ANY information. The one BTS related fact that I heard was that, believe it or not, It is possible to keep a BTS as a pet! I agree with them 100% on that!

I think it's pretty cool that they highlighted a blue tongue skink! I am curious to know what other "types" of blueys they have at the wildlife center. I have been meaning to check the place out for years, it's just on the opposite side of the basin from me, so I haven't got around to it yet.

Take pictures if you go and post them. I have never seen a BTS featured on T.V either.
And a cold skink = still skink, so it makes sense now why it was probably so "calm".
