Went to check on my lizards residing at the folks house today, feed them up as about to do a stint of 12 hour plus days again, checked on the prince regent lass whom i thought had dropped slugs and found a couple of these
Could be a few causes for this, was her first time, shes still smallish, but probably because shes kept slightly different to the others, mind u the male that mated one of the other females successfully is kept identically,so maybe its not that, this female was mated over a 6 week window this season, the male whom mated a 3rd female as well actually showed most interest in this young lass
Ahh well ,will try again next season

Gorgeous! I can spot a couple gravid ones in the bunch.
Sorry about the one female. Same thing happened with my Callie - hopefully round 2 is more successful for them!

Too bad about the slugs
.
Better luck next year.
Looks like the Alpines will make up for it though

If all goes well, mine should drop in about about 17 months.

Re: 3rd bluey litter of the year
Haha, well the bluemountains female in the pic dropped at that age,she was big enough as a yearling i reckon, scott must feed em steroids, lol, most of the gravid ones in the pic are in the four to 5 year old bracket, younger ones having been krpt outdoors since born so taking a while to get big enough, for someone so impatient i sure let them grow slow
