BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Whilst around the house the other day, I noticed a nice log that I thought would be nice to take photos of Zeke on - So I grabbed Zeke, my camera and my sister (I like to have someone else around when Zekes outside) - However, once I got to the log, my sister pointed out that it was covered in ants! Brilliant.

So I found some rocks instead. Zeke seemed to enjoy himself, chilling out and sunning himself. When I take some more photos however, I think I shall have to fiddle with the aperture settings on my camera, as I didnt notice how little of a patch it focused! (As I say nearly every time I post pictures, I cant see my screen properly...)

Pudgy Zeke's a real looker! I really like the penultimate (next to last) picture. I wish that Centralians were available in the US!

Hes looking great nae,nice bright eyes,the rock has an uncanny resemblance to his coloring,looks cool,hes very photogenic

Centralians are probably the timidest of aussie tiliquas,shy so to speak,they arent overly aggressive,usually just a display or hisser when scared

They are quite gentle for such shy buggers,im sure some could be worse behaved then my lot,but thats been my finding with them,sweet but shy beer kegs on legs,lol

Thanks everyone, I was getting worried everyone might be getting sick of seeing Zeke for a little while

I thought the smattering of orange on one of the rocks was just perfect~ Zeke is the only cent Ive met, and hes definitely as chill as a shingleback, but slightly more timid. He also gets very grumpy if you pat him while he is trying to bask! Hes very curious though, always coming up to the glass whenever he sees someone there, even if its the dog. Ive come to like the macro look actually, but I might still have a fiddle as they dont look as clear as they normally do, like in my avatar~ You are most welcome Lea

And thanks Jay, he appears to have an interest in cameras, meaning its always so easy to take nice photos of him as he always pays attention to it (Im guessing its the reflection in the lense?)
