Bluey at Animal Shelter!

I was just browsing the animal shelter's page today and my jaw about hit the floor. Clicked on the thumbnail and there it was! An adult (Indonesian maybe?) BTS! I've seen them in pet stores here, so I guess it makes sense that one would end up at the shelter. I'm a volunteer at this shelter and I called and talked to the supervisor right away and asked what he was being kept in. She said they only put him in that wire crate for the picture and she was pretty sure that he was in a twenty gallon on newspaper and eating Iguana chow and fruit. I offered her some advice on diet and asked if I could bring in a care sheet and loan them a 40 gallon breeder tank with aspen in it til he finds a new home. I, of course, am BEGGING my fiance to let me take him, but he's my voice of reason and we are going to have our hands full (hopefully) with babies in the summer time anyway. I might ask for it for Christmas instead of whatever he was going to get me. But even that is a stretch lol. Here is the ad for him, maybe someone on here could adopt him? I don't know how much they are asking for him, though I think it won't be any more that $50.

Also, does anyone (breeders?) have a more printer-friendly care sheet that maybe they give to buyers of their babies? I want to bring something in that is simple and easy to understand with a link to the care sheet online so they can get the full care sheet if they have any questions.

If this guy is still here this weekend I might get him. I will act as a foster and only charge whatever I paid for him at the shelter. I am also willing to ship if someone not local wants to have him. Maybe a moderator can move this thread to the classifieds? Or should I start a new thread over there once I actually get him and know the price?
