Humidifier?

Hi so I have allergies and they are really bad this year so my mom put a humidifier in my room is this ok with Percy in it too ? I am sure he will probably be bothered by the noise for a while if it is a problem I will either turn it off or move his cage. Thanks!!!!

the noise will not be the problem, but the humidity levels might be.

its very dry here so i understand how you are feeling right now. my asthma is going crazy in winter.

If you have a heat light on the cage, it is likely to dry out the air enough to combat the humidifier, especially if you are not adding additional moisture to the cage beyond that. A few years of asthma and running foggers/humidifiers/waterfalls in other cages tells me that heat lights very effectively dry out cages, even when you're TRYING to make them humid.

Naturally, every situation can be different, so make sure to monitor your lizard, but chances are good if you have heat lights on the cage, they'll combat any higher humidity within the room.
