That is a sausage. The size makes me think female, but head and tail make me think male. So ya, no idea. Will say I'm impressed with the ad: 1) they weren't willing to risk it just to find gender, and 2) they actually updated the ad when they found out it wasn't an IJ.

There's a "hypo/reduced pattern northern" ad on fauna that's actually just an IJ, and I told the seller, but they're ignoring me.

I saw that IJ and am so thankful I can come here and know the difference between an IJ and a Northern. Too bad the seller is either too lazy or doesn't care enough to update their add. Or, sadly, maybe they're thinking that they can get more money for a special northern.

The seller replied finally. They said thanks for the input, but they still think it's a genetic-morph Northern. Apparently that's what the person who sold it to them claims. Not sure I can get him to see the truth.
