Rainbow Greens

Alright, an organic grocery store in my city only had rainbow greens so I decided to purchase them and go and check the food chart on the caresheet. I didnt see them though. So any help on how healthy they are for a BT?

I honestly have no idea what rainbow greens are...a quick google search wasn't super helpful, but my theory is that it refers to mixed/assorted greens. So, its not all the same thing from the same plant, could that be it? If so (as long as there isn't any spinach in the mix) you're probably fine. I can't think of any other greens off the top of my head that you'd need to be wary of.

I believe it is an assortment, because the stems are all either puplre, yellow, green etc. So im gueesing thats where the nickname rainbow originated. Anyways thanks for the help>. :)

Just a little late on this one, but you bought some rainbow chard. Grocery stores sell it under lots of weird names. BTS safe I think? I eat it all the time anyway.
