I am not sure that it is a known fact, but most people assume that the Indonesian skinks breed most heavily in the September - November range. This is mostly because the gravid females that are caught most commonly give birth in December - February. These are the baby gigas that you usually see for sale during the first half of the year. I don't think a lot of babies are wild caught, I think they are almost always born to WC females that are gravid when they are caught.

Id say they would breed july august, dry season,as darly as june and as late as september depending on temps ect, alot of wildcaughts because of the stress and possably poor conditions they are kept, loeer temps ect probably have extended gestations

Just remember they are from the southern hemisphere so may need to be conditioned to that if breeding is your goal

are you planning on trying to breed, or are you trying to figure out when Merauke babies would be available?

Yes i was just curious about when they may be available. I haven't been paying attention for the past several years but I haven't heard of baby Meraukes in my neck of the woods.
