She is beautiful! A little smaller than what I was expecting and not as lightly colored as in her photo on fauna but that could change but all is okay and I LOVE HER!, Shes 2011 baby so I still get to watch her grow some. Shes in a 4x2x2 wood cage and I sure had fun decorating it for her last night before she got here, and it allowed me enough time to make sure her temps were just perfect. I set an alarm this morning to get up early to turn her cage on so it would be warm for her when she arrived. FEDEX was 40mins late and I was impatiently waiting at the door, peering out the window waiting! Kinda peeved me though because the FEDEX driver ran the doorbell and instantly turned and started walking back to his truck with her, literally did not wait a single second for me to come to the door. Luckily! I was right there.Perhaps he was afraid of what could be in the box label "Harmless Live Reptile" and wanted to get back to his truck with box in hand? I dunno! but grrr! Anyways,I let her relax in her enclosure for about half the day and then took her out to say hi just for a few minutes (she was very behaved, not a single huff or puff) and she eagerly took 2 blueberries from my hands. I offered her greens and dog food but she wasn't interested, but I don't blame her, she had one hell of a day.
Shes been buried in her aspen or under her half-log hide, I plan on letting her settle for at least a week before really interacting with her (ohhhh but its so tempting, I just want some bluey cuddles!)
Do you guys think shes an IJ, Merauke or a mix? I noticed that she does not have the long tail that Merauke's have....

beautiful) Her tail looks normal length to me, also females many times have shorter tails but wider bodies.
