Hello!
First I wanted to let everyone know that Java full recovered & we never had to use the bayril bcos the soak/steambaths really helped him. The vet gave him a clean bill of health & he is happy & health & we are very relieved. Also he has become so much more friendlier after the 2x daily soaks.
I do have a question about his poop. Today I gave him a soak/steambath & he pooped in the water which isn't unusual. When I went fished out the poo I noticed the poop had a perfectly intact grub/medium sized mealworm which was from his meal 2 days earlier. Is this normal?
Many Thanks & Many Smiles, Geo

Re: Java's Poop
Mealworms have a thicker shell than some BTS can digest. Mine won't digest mealworms or waxworms, but superworms are always digested.
