Blue tongue skink housing
Hey guys I was just wondering what would be the best substrate for blue tongue skinks (specifically northerns)? I currently use a 3 inch layer of Eco earth and then a 2 inch layer of aspen bedding.
Bearded dragon, leopard gecko, pacman frog,2x texas barred tiger salamander, northern blue tongue skink.

Re: Blue tongue skink housing
I just use a 1 inch layer of coconut mulch. The most I would use would be 2 inches. They don't need much to feel hidden, and having too much makes it harder to clean out or find the skink.
