.In case no one remembers me, here's some background information: I've had BTS fever for a while, and finally had the opportunity last year to purchase a plucky baby Northern girl I bestowed with the lovely andronymous name, Gauge (JUST IN CASE!
). She had a major MBD scare back in October, and I am proud to say that an expensive treatment, vet change, and a drastic diet change later, is doing awesome. She still has a slightly crooked and pronounced beak - I think it gives her character 
. She's my plucky little princess in an otherwise male animal household. She's around 18-19" - haven't measured her for a while, don't quote me on that - at 11 months old. Gauge has also recently undergone her most recent shed, so I thought it would be appropriate to show her off :
