Post-shed photo updates and name poll!

Hi everyone, here are photos of my Northern BTS who just finished shedding. He is 7 months old, approaching 8 months. Does anyone have any idea when they will roughly reach full-grown?

He just ate so he has a little bit of food on his nose (which he promptly sneezed off later.)

Please help me vote on which name you like best!

either way i vote Kupo since im one of those crazy ff fangirls


they reach "full size" depending on how they are fed, but generally that is always less than 2 years of age. a northern is fully grown around 40-55 cm, usually. it can vary greatly depending on circumstances.

He has been eating every 2 days... a day in between and he doesn't seem very interested. I hope that isn't too little for a 7-8 month BTS.

thats actually maybe a bit much xD id feed every 3-4 days by that time if i were you....just a suggestion though

He's a little fatty that likes to eat then! I'll try feeding every 3-4 days instead!

one thing most skinks have in common is their appetite XD you can feed every 2 days but make the portions a little smaller :> (the youtube vid showed a healthy and not fat or slim skink, with good looking scales and such. so i dont think theres a problem with feeding as you do at all)

EDIT: a good way to measure how often and how large meals is to see if they finish the food if he does then....hes either in need of the food or he just....loves food.
