Took the food out for 2 days and have just put in a dog food - Chicken and Vegie.... she loves it. Roxy only waited about 2 minutes from when I put it in the cage to her eating it.
I feel so much better. I have added a blocking for part of the backing, enough so that she can't see out easily, but not enough to stop the natural light coming in.
So looks like everything is going well. Thanks so much to everyone for all your help.....
Now how much do I give her? I put in just 2 teaspoons of food (about 2/3 the size of her head) is this enough? too much? not enough?
Thanks again.

Re: Roxy IS EATING!!! YAY
glad to hear,as to how much to feed, you need to go off the lizard,if it eats it all pretty quick, maybe more,if it doesnt consume it all maybe less, also depends how many times u feed them, for example if daily they wont need as much to keep weight on,if once to twice per week, they devour alot to try to compensate, theres also the risk of adults becoming obese if fed to much,in the wild they eat what they can to cover lean times,in captivity,we supply the food, they dont need to work to find it ect,but can still work on the eat what u can when available incase of lean times,so always good to watch them to,if they are starting to look chubby, maybe cut back abit,if long and lean,u can try offering more

Re: Roxy IS EATING!!! YAY
Roxy has shown that she seems to like eating every 2nd day. We are using a small tray for her food. Yesterday she ignored it, today went there and was licking it, and seemed to be searching. Put food on there and she ate most of it.
So looks like we have a pattern!. So tomorrow I will leave the tray empty and feed her again on Sunday. I am only feeding her 2 teaspoons at a time and she almost finishes it.
Thanks again to everyone for their help.
