I find the liver and heart taste the best. The tail is useless.

Actually, if you dehydrate the tails, they make good pointers for presentations!

a fresh tongue is good when u are sorting through papers,a quick touch and a sheet sticks to your finger beautifully
a close second is an old flattened road kill, make for a good back scratcher when the smells gone and they have stiffened up but if bent, handy to as they double as a shoehorn
least fave would be a juvie roadkill,as to hard to reach the right spot

Personally I find their feet being a marvelous resource for making unique ink patterns while writing letters.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Re: Just a random though but...
on a serious note,
i love that in australia we have ready access to a good variety of specimens, that alot of folk class them as boring and for beginners, means there are more to pick from and prices are quite good
but on the negative we miss out on the pleasure of all those cool non aussie ones ):

They are extremely rare. There aren't that many because they don't have many babies, and they often sell soon after they are put up for sale. Jeff, Jasjmm27, and anchietae have some.
There were some Goldfield shingles for sale not too long if I remember correctly
