Question On Feeding Cooked Chicken

I recently baked Panko breaded boneless chicken thigh fillets and now I have two left over that I do not want to eat. They were cooked yesterday and left out overnight. About 2 hours ago I ate another two but as stated before do not want to eat the other two. There is no seasoning and is fully cooked, but has the Panko Breadcrumb coating on the outside. Do you think my skink would be okay with small cut up portions of this as a meal or should I avoid it? And if avoid why so?

if u ate it it should be ok,maybe try to de crumb it
