I agree, Seb is not aggressive at all. It's just fun to act like he is! :hehe:

Well, the myth is actually true! Tanimbars are indeed not only more aggressive than the rest, but 10 times as aggressive. You all saw my video.......that's plain insanity for a blue tongue.....of course there are always exceptions here and there.

From birth, yes. But I think THE TIME YOU PUT INTO TAMING = THE TAMNESS OF YOUR ANIMAL. Pretty simple, eh?

I meant CB animals that are supposedly handled and all of that human intervention stuff...

Absolutely they calm down, but they always will be "a little wild". And if you skip a day of handling, they can revert back pretty quickly.....don't lie!

Oh, dear! I was seriously contemplating maybe getting one of Ray's silver tanimbars if he comes to the Tampa show in March. But if they really are the spawn of Satan...

They're feisty! But not to the point of not getting one...they do tame down nicely, but if you're used to a friendly laid back bluey, these just might be a bit of a surprise. :)

And usually it's show more than anything. I got bit once, but thats cause I was really pushing him to the edge during our taming.

I said USUALLY!!! And I practically put my finger in his mouth, he didn't come after me or anything.

I'm sure. You just put your finger in his mouth because you like to get bit. :lazy: :poor:

Sounds like the evil tanimbars have brainwashed you, and their domination and ascent from hell is at hand!
