So we are still in the process of finishing the little things on the cages like hinges, latches, and other things. But I'm here to post pictures to show the steps of the making from what we started off with to what we have now so far. Right now ,without the base frame that we are going to build so the bottom cage isn't sitting right on the ground, the cage is 43" long, 21" depth, 6'3" high (without base), and each cage is about 17" tall, and the light box is about 8". My dad had some old oak flooring he got free from a job so we plained it and trimmed it down to make it nice like brand new wood. Then we made a plan from a few pictures we had of cages I liked. Next we started framing free glass my dad got from a friend into the doors and the front display case. Then we started building walls and bracing it together so it will be sturdy. And these are the pictures on what we have done so far.
Old Oak Flooring we started with.

Drew a Plan

Framed 6 Doors

Display Frame 3

Piecing the walls together

3 Stackable Cages looking good

Top Stackable Cage is removable so its not as hard to move

So from bottom to top, base to support the weight, cage, light box, cage, light box, removeable cage with light box attached. Now we are working on the molding, hiding the nails, adding a clear sealant, adding a polyurathane sealant for moisture, hinges, and a latch. Will post pictures on more work we do. I am so excited, lol.
