Wow - super black! Where did you take this pic? If you have wild pics and know the location it would be amazing if you could add them to the locale thread in the Advanced section. :D

Is there chocolate brown on him too, or is that just the lighting?

Yeah wild, I do know the location and I will add the pics along with a couple more animals from the same locality in the advanced forum. No, he was all chocolaty in between the scales and no other colouration (apart from black). As well as pics of a wild eastern which locality was the nextdoor neighbours yard (saved her-gravid from the dog and relocated in parks nearby).
