SO does the winner, second and third place go in the three pics up at the top until the next contest?

We are considering something like that MissMeg - But as I understand it, rather then changing the banner too often, the winner of this one, the next one, then the one after that will be put into a new banner, then afterward we will have 3 more competitions and the winner of those three will be put in - That way the banner is only being changed every 3 competitions (So what, every six months is it? Or 3 months?), rather then every single competition~

But in the end its up to Duncan (or even one of the admins, Id say it would be a fairly easy switch if they were to work out how to do it) how often he/they has/have the time to change it, as it takes me 5 seconds to swap the pics around~
