New Ember pictures!

Ember just shed, and I like to take pictures right after they shed. Ember is just over 4 months old now. She is 15 1/2" and 370g. Also wondered id anyone could take a guess on male/female? I got 1 top down picture.

Ember is adorable, as always. I'm going to guess male based on body-shape, but I have no idea if baby/juvi body-shape means anything for adult gender, so it's a total guess.

I cant guess on gender, but OOOH he/shes pretty! I love how shiny and fresh they look after shedding. Too bad we cant do that! >D

His/her brother/sister is sleeping on my giant and comfortable pocket, we can tell that they are related by just looking =)

Thanks all, her sides are so yellow/orange, the pictures don't do the colors justice! Can't wait till spring when I can get outdoor photos again!

Anyone else have a guess on gender?

At 4 monhts old it really is next to impossible to get a good guess on the sex. They still have their baby proportions, so the typical male/female signs really aren't dependable at this age yet. But everyone still has a 50% chance to guess right, so go for it!

Age doesn't matter much, size matters with sexing (their growth rates can vary wildly). And some of them will always be hard to tell, no matter what size they are. I think Ember is large enough to guess and I'd be inclined to agree with Mel, but I'd like to see top down pics with the entire tail in it.

Ember is very pretty, love the colors! :D

I have absolutely 0% experience with sexing, but something just screams FEMALE to me.
