If they aren't loading, it probably means that they are too large - can you resize them to make them smaller?

If you are having trouble, email me a few pictures and I can post them for you so we can ID the bluey. :D kat.sharko@gmail.com

You forgot to put the first [img] code before the URL.

The picture is:

Looks like a Merauke, but that's not the best photo for IDing. Try getting a birds-eye-view photo.

when using the img button, you need to have a starter and a stopper code.

start code is [img]
end code is [/img]

the little button above automatically places the first code first time you click and last code second time you click, inbetween those you can put a link to the picture if its online somewhere else.

OR

as katrina said, make the picture file size smaller and into jpeg (usually makes the file small enough by doing this~~150-700 kb something)

when you then click insert picture the img code is there automatically, so no need to think about it.

(i say this since i think you uploaded the pic and deleted the first img code ;D )

Thank you guys! Guess they needed to be smaller...so here are two more, better angles. My guess is Merauke too bc the tail is so long.

Gorgeous Merauke! :D

And don't worry - lots of people have trouble with pics. I did at first.

I don't usually use the img button - I use the "upload picture" one, I'm not sure why the img one isn't working.

Nae - she had the img codes in but I removed them trying to get it to work. She had them in, but it still wasn't working, and I was trying to figure out the img button!

Figured it out - you had the button on for "Disable BBCode in this post" which is why it wasn't working. :D The image tags etc were done right.

Once again, this is my boyfriend who figured it out. Not me. Same as the diet chart!

Boyfriends/Husbands...its tough to admit how useful they truly are sometimes. Thank you again. I am glad to have a second Merauke vote, I believe it may be the one for me. It has a great temperment and being that it will be my first skink I think thats important. Does it look healthy then? I want to make a good decision.

Aaaaaand she is now mine :ohyes: Brought her home last night and decided on "Indah" for her name. I guess it is Indonesian for beautiful. Love her, so nice, never hissed at me at all today even being in her new surroundings, she let me give her a bath to help remove some stubborn shed by her eye, she ate well, lifes good! :D
