BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I bought Plinko a skull to hide in for the halloween spirit, and she won't come out of it! I put moss and water in there as an incentive for her to aid herself in shedding (she's gonna shed soon). I didn't realize she'd be spending 3 whole days in there without even coming out for food! Is this normal? It sure is boring around here with Plinko in her skull all the time

Lol Its totaly normal. I find when Ruckus is ready to shed he hides where its nice and moist for a few days. It just helps get those scales nice and loose.
Ruckus is acually almost ready to shed right now, but hes wondering a bit.

Skinks generally will inevitably hide if given the tools to do so...especially as colder weather sets in.
