The temps listed below have worked well for me in the past with both Northerns and Irian Jayas.

Basking: 95-100
Ambient: 80-85
Night: 70-75

Thanks James Im pretty close to all of those, But Ill have to raise the temps a wee bit.

How do you keep it that warm at night. Do you use heat mats or a ceramic light? Or is it because you live in beautiful Cali and it doesnt get that cold anyways lol

Ya, San diego is pretty mild and very easy when it comes to keeping reptiles.

Meg - I also have the same problem with nights being cool. Now with multiple BTS it was just easiest to keep the house at 70 F / 21 C so that is what we set the furnace to, but I have used red heat bulbs and heat pads. UTHs are easy but please get a good quality dimmer and use it! They are notorious for overheating so should always be used with a dimmer / thermostat. :D
