perfect cage for Marvin??

Postby phaemas » Thu Sep 15, 2011 3:33 pm

I am building him a BIG BIG BIG glass cage like 5 feet long and 2-4 feet deep. Marvin (against my will) LOVES to hide under tiles below his water and food dishes. I want it to enclude EVERYTHING he could possibly need and/or want!

Suggestions?[/b]

If you are going to be building it that big anyways, you should build it high and include a second story(I have no experience in this, it would just be cool). I would add some cork bark, a HUGE water dish and basking rock, some big hides, etc.

I'd like to see what other people come up with!!

with something that large, you really need to put a lot of time and effort into figuring out how you are going to heat it and provide the proper heat gradient.

My dads an x-vet intern as well as a reptile keeper so it's going to be made out of glass or wood or both. He's also an electrition.
