BTS are not sexually diamorphic for the most part, and that includes their size. In short, it is very hard to visually determin their sex, and neither sex gets any larger than the other.

Blotchies are often significantly sexually dimorphic - the females up to twice the weight of the males, also stumpies but the others.... - good luck telling them apart.
If you wait, all that happens is that you get older. M. Andretti

stumpys are inconsistant, some areas you can tell the differece easily, others of the same subspecies can be trickier, blotchies as scott mentioned the females usually appear longer, outgrow there male siblings and appear alot bulkier, same thing with some forms of northerns,eg kimberleys, the males appear long and sleek and get very solid heads compared to females
westerns are one of the trickiest to tell apart, but there are always exceptions, even the odd blotch can keep you guessing sex wise
