Photo Contest - Blueys in Enclosures

I thought it was a good time to do another photo contest and I borrowed a great theme from another herp forum that I am on. :D

Contest theme:

Blueys in Enclosures

Deadline to submit pictures: by GMT Noon Sunday, September 4th, 2011

Contest Details:
Looking for photos that not only showcase the bluey(s) but also the enclosure. Doesn't have to be anything expensive or fancy, but some of your set up should be visible (even if it is your dollar store water dish and cardboard box hides!). This will be a good contest for sharing ideas.

Submission info:

1. Email only (do not post or pm your entry / nomination) to Kat at: kat.sharko@gmail.com.
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your entry - if not, PM, email or nag me however you see fit to ensure I got it!

2. Include in the email your forum name and bluey name.

3. Commentary or photo editing is allowed, within reason and is to be topic-related. A small caption above the photo is also encouraged!

Oh geeze, I totally forgot about this -.-' I've just been re-doing all my enclosures, and I knew I wanted to take photos, but couldn't remember why. Not sure where I put my camera too. Lol, I failed. Hope you got some awesome submissions :D

I would...If my enclosure where complete...and I had a bluey...

Can I steal one from outside? :lol: Or! I do have a bluey made from a chocolate wrapper sitting in it atm...Hes pretty cute :D

If the photo shows their natural area and could give someone ideas for an enclosure, then I don't see why you can't submit a photo. It can be more of a 'where I live' contest for blueys, so wild can definitely be submitted as long as the photo was taken by you!! :D

That doesn't matter at all - it is a photo contest, so take a picture of your bluey with the prettiest feature in your tank or just of your bluey looking good while in his home. You don't need the whole tank in there or anything. This is more about the picture not the enclosure, so feel free to submit something. The more photos the better! :D

The contest is for the best photo not best enclosure - the theme is just enclosures but don't feel that your enclosure is being judged. It would probably be more helpful to newbies to get a range of enclosures to look at because not everyone can buy or build custom ones!

me and my dad are going to be working on a 3d backgorund but its going to take like a month with how our scheduels are

Is it OK to use photos we've just recently posted on here? I have a bunch I took. I can send one or 2 by e-mail.
